Tower Internals
We supply a complete suite of tower internals including packing support plates, liquid distributors, redistributors, and bed limiters. All components are fabricated from a wide selection of chemically resistant plastics and fibreglass-reinforced materials, carefully selected to suit the process duty and scrubber design.
Whether for new installations or replacement during refurbishment, our internal components are engineered for efficient gas-liquid contact and long-term performance under corrosive operating conditions.
Droplet Eliminators
Hygrade droplet eliminators are designed for the efficient removal of entrained droplets and aerosols from gas flows exiting wet scrubbers or spray towers — ensuring clean discharge to atmosphere and protecting downstream equipment.
Available in multiple formats, including mesh pad, chevron (profiled blade), or custom cassette assemblies, our eliminators can be configured for horizontal or vertical gas flow. Units can be supplied as:
