Originally developed for the pharmaceutical sector, ERG Hygrade’s skid packages are now widely used across a broad range of industries. Each system typically includes the gas scrubber, recirculation pump, pipework, fan ductwork, dosing equipment and instrumentation—pre-assembled and delivered as a single, ready-to-install unit.
Skid systems can be tailored for both ATEX and non-ATEX environments. Pre-wiring of instruments and motor drives to skid-mounted junction boxes can be provided, with the option to include fully integrated control panels, also mounted and pre-wired on the skid itself.
All packages undergo a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before dispatch, providing assurance of performance and simplifying commissioning on site. The result is a high-quality, turnkey solution that saves time, reduces installation complexity and helps projects stay on schedule.
