In April 2025, Hygrade became part of ERG (Air Pollution Control) Ltd., bringing together two of the UK’s most respected names in air pollution and odour abatement. As ERG Hygrade, we combine our long-standing fabrication expertise with the wider group’s engineering depth, offering clients greater capability, continuity, and support.
Originally focused on plastic and GRP fabrication, ERG Hygrade has evolved into a full-service provider with in-house engineering, project delivery, and fabrication — offering complete, bespoke packages built to the highest quality standards.

ERG Hygrade also maintains dedicated in-house facilities for weld testing and laminate sample validation, ensuring full compliance with European and British standards. All welders and laminators are regularly assessed and certified under strict quality control.
